Staff My Shop (“Staff My Shop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a service operated by Doxa Holdings, LLC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

When you apply to a job through one of our hiring clients or interact with us via SMS, we may collect:

• Contact information you provide on a job application, including your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
• Application content, including your resume, work history, and answers to qualification questions.
• SMS conversation content you send to or receive from us.
• Technical information about your interaction with our services, including timestamps and message metadata.
• Cookies and similar tracking data when you visit our website, as described in Section 5 below.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to communicate with you about job opportunities you applied for, conduct qualification screening on behalf of our hiring clients, schedule interviews and next steps, maintain records of recruiting activity, operate and improve our website and services, and comply with applicable law.

3. SMS Messaging

If you provide your phone number in connection with a job application and consent to SMS communication, we may send you text messages from Staff My Shop related to your application. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your application activity. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We retain SMS opt-in consent records — including the timestamp of consent, the IP address used to submit it, and the verbatim disclosure text shown at the time — indefinitely for regulatory compliance (TCPA, A2P 10DLC carrier requirements). SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Sharing

We share your information with the hiring client whose job you applied for, with service providers (such as Twilio for SMS delivery and our hosting and analytics providers) who help us operate the service under contractual confidentiality obligations, and with law enforcement or regulators when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number or other contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Staff My Shop and its web properties may use cookies, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure usage, and improve performance. We may use first-party analytics and may use third-party analytics providers (such as Google Analytics or similar) which set their own cookies subject to their privacy policies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality. We do not use cookies to deliver targeted advertising, and we do not knowingly share cookie-derived personal information with advertising networks.

6. Retention

We retain applicant data for as long as reasonably necessary to support hiring activity and comply with applicable record-keeping laws.

7. Your Choices

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or request deletion, by contacting us at [email protected].

8. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA”), gives you the following rights with respect to personal information we collect:

• Right to know: You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
• Right to delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing:We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is therefore no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link required, but you may contact us to confirm this status.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted under the CCPA without limitation.
• Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

10. Children

Staff My Shop is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
