These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Staff My Shop, a service operated by Doxa Holdings, LLC (“Staff My Shop,” “we,” “us”). By interacting with Staff My Shop — including receiving or sending SMS messages from us — you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Staff My Shop provides applicant screening and recruiting communication services on behalf of hiring clients. We contact applicants who have applied to a hiring client's open role and consented to follow-up communication.

2. SMS Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number on a job application and agreeing to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Staff My Shop related to your application, including but not limited to:

• Introduction to the role you applied for.
• Qualification questions.
• Interview scheduling.
• Status updates on your application.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your application activity. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS messages are sent via Twilio, our messaging service provider.

You represent that the phone number you provided is yours and that you are authorized to receive SMS at that number.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to interact with Staff My Shop.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Staff My Shop to send abusive, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, or unlawful content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and software comprising Staff My Shop are owned by Doxa Holdings, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

6. Disclaimer

Staff My Shop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome from your application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doxa Holdings, LLC's total liability arising from your use of Staff My Shop is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Doxa Holdings, LLC against any claims arising from your misuse of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Staff My Shop after changes constitutes acceptance.
