These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Staff My Shop, a service operated by Doxa Holdings, LLC (“Staff My Shop,” “we,” “us”). By interacting with Staff My Shop — including receiving or sending SMS messages from us — you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Staff My Shop provides applicant screening and recruiting communication services for hiring clients. Staff My Shop contacts applicants who have applied to a hiring client's open role and consented to receive messages from Staff My Shop.

2. SMS Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number on a job application and agreeing to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Staff My Shop related to your application, including but not limited to:

• Introduction to the role you applied for.
• Qualification questions.
• Interview scheduling.
• Status updates on your application.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your application activity. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS messages are sent via Twilio, our messaging service provider.

You represent that the phone number you provided is yours and that you are authorized to receive SMS at that number.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to interact with Staff My Shop.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Staff My Shop to send abusive, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, or unlawful content.

5. Hiring Clients: Trial, Verification and Job Listings

This section applies to businesses that use Staff My Shop to hire.

• Free trial.New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required at sign-up and is not charged until the trial ends. During the trial, each job's apply link works when you share it, for up to 25 applicants in total, but we do not list your jobs on Google for Jobs, on a careers page, in job feeds, or with any job board.
• Business verification. When your paid subscription starts, we verify that your business is real and that the details you gave us (legal name, address, phone, website) are accurate. We may ask for supporting documents. Your jobs are listed only after verification succeeds.
• If we cannot verify your business, we cancel your subscription and refund your most recent payment in full.
• Job content. Jobs must be real, current openings at your business. Jobs that ask applicants for money, are misleading, or are discriminatory are not allowed. Candidates can report a job; we may pause a reported job, suspend an account, or end a subscription for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software comprising Staff My Shop are owned by Doxa Holdings, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

7. Disclaimer

Staff My Shop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome from your application.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doxa Holdings, LLC's total liability arising from your use of Staff My Shop is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Doxa Holdings, LLC against any claims arising from your misuse of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Staff My Shop after changes constitutes acceptance.
