SMS messaging policy

Who is texting you? When you apply for a job through Staff My Shop, we (Staff My Shop, operated by Doxa Holdings, LLC) may text you on behalf of the shop you applied to.

What will you receive? Screening questions about your experience, location, and pay expectations; interview slot offers; application status updates. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How often? Message frequency varies based on your application activity. A typical applicant receives 4–8 messages over the duration of their application.

How to opt out. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

Privacy. We never share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
