Three steps to a tuned vertical for your trade.
We've built the platform so adding a trade is configuration, not engineering. That's why we can ship one in under a week instead of a quarter.
- Step 1
Tell us your trade
A 20-minute call. We learn the roles you hire, the licenses and certifications that matter, and how a great applicant for your trade actually answers your toughest questions.
- Step 2
We tune the platform
Qualifying question pool, role taxonomy, wage benchmarks by zip, FSM hooks if any, and the EEOC validator — all configured for your trade. You review before anything goes live.
- Step 3
Live within a week
Most new verticals ship in 5–7 business days. You're the first shop running it; subsequent shops in your trade get the tuned pool out of the box.

- Role taxonomy (apprentice → master, etc.)
- License + certification check prompts
- Local wage benchmarks by zip code
- Vertical-specific industry terminology
- FSM / scheduler integration hooks (if applicable)
